2.1. Customer Responsibility: All customs fees, VAT if applicable, for international orders, and duties  are the responsibility of the customer.

2.2. Estimations: Customs duties and fees vary by country and are subject to the regulations in your destination. We are based in London, and our collections are made in China with our trusted manufacturer. We ship from London, United Kingdom.

2.3. Delays: Customs processing may cause delays. We use a very reliable company, DHL Express, for international shipping to ensure a fast delivery and a smooth customs process.

3.1. Providing Accurate Information: To avoid issues with customs clearance, ensure all information provided—such as recipient name, shipping address, and other relevant details—is complete and accurate. We are not liable for any errors related to addresses, names, or incorrect contact information.

3.2. Declaration: We will truthfully declare the contents and value of your shipment according to customs requirements. Falsifying this information is illegal.

  1. Refusal of Payment for Customs Fees

4.1. Unpaid Fees: If you choose to refuse paying the applicable customs fees and duties, your order may either be returned to The Social Berry or destroyed. You will be responsible for any associated return shipping costs and fees incurred throughout the whole process. 

  1. Refund and Cancellation

5.1. Non-Delivery: Should your order fail to reach you due to customs complications, and is subsequently returned to us, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping and any customs-related fees we may have incurred.
