What are my shipping & delivery options?
DHL (International + Ireland) and Royal Mail (UK).
All delivery times and dates provided are given in good faith and serve as estimates.
How long is the order processing time?
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Your order will be shipped once your order is confirmed. Please be aware that we don't ship on bank holidays and weekends. On busy periods we put a note on the website that orders might get delayed.
How can I track my order?
You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once we fullfill your order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, with DHL Express. Taxes, Duties and Customs depend on the country that you're receiving the goods.
IMPORTANT: In the event that you are unable to receive the parcel during the carrier's final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier's depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such case, you will be liable for reshipment costs and any other costs related to customs & VAT (if applicable).

If you refuse to pay the customs charge, we will not refund the shipping cost or the customs charge once the parcel is returned to us.
