Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All of our products undergo thorough quality control before shipment, and we take great pride in crafting clothing of exceptional quality.
Returns
All returns must be sent by post within 14 days of the receipt date and must be communicated prior by email. Returns must be sent with a tracking code.
Returned items should be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you choose to return your parcel.
Return Process
To begin the return process, please email our customer service team at hello@thesocialberry.store or hello@thesocialberry.co.uk and we will send you the shipping address.
Please don't forget to send you parcel with a tracking link.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
Once the return is approved, we will proceed with your refund.
Your refund will be processed within 7 days after our confirmation of receipt of the item(s) and decision email.
You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Exchanges Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item you no longer wish to keep. You're responsible for the shipping costs for these orders.
Changes To This Policy
The Social Berry reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
